China Academic Education Scholarships for Students from Developing Countries, 2018
The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China invite applications for the Chinese Government Scholarships for students from developing countries in the 2018/2019 academic year.
The Academic Education Programs sponsoredby the Ministry of Commerce of People’sRepublic of China are designed to foster high-caliber business officials and managerialpersonnel for the recipient countries, whichwas launched in 2008 to offer one-year and two- year master programs as well as three year doctoral programs for the purpose ofeducating high-caliber and interdisciplinary talents working inthe applied fields of government, trade, foreignaffairs, agriculture, technology, education,culture and health, building intellectual capacity and facilitating the socio-economic development of the recipientcountries.
These programs provide assistance togovernmental officials, research fellows, andsenior managerial personnel on their masterand doctor education in China, which are fullyconducted in English. The admissionrequirements for a candidate include abachelor’s degree, relevant working experience, and a decent physical condition, essential forthe high-compact curriculum needed for the degrees.

The graduates of such programs are nowworking in their specialties back home andundertaking an increasingly significant role inthe economic development and cooperationbetwen China and their home countries.
